The Great Big Dance Off (‘TGBDO’) maintains the Great Big Dance Off website (the ‘Site’) for your personal entertainment, information, educational use only. It is subject to change without notice. 6. The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the ‘Trademarks’) displayed on the Site, including the TGBDO logo are registered and unregistered Trademarks of The Great Big Dance Off. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, without the permission of TGBDO or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that TGBDO will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking of criminal prosecution.
   
   
7. TGBDO has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk. Although TGBDO may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and the like on the Site, TGBDO is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations not for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane materials or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. TGBDO will co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing TGBDO to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
   
   
9. The Site is controlled and operated by TGBDO from our offices in England. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any term of these terms and conditions or any dispute in relation to the materials contained in the Site shall be governed by English law. The English and Welsh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the Site.Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
